After installing the VS2005 SP1 redistributables,\u00a0you need to go through the following procedure, step by step:
\n1) Exit out of InDesign CS4 for Windows
\n2) Remove all traces of\u00a0APID ToolAssistant<\/em> from the\u00a0Plug-Ins<\/em> folder
\n3) Start InDesign CS4 for Windows
\n4) Exit out of InDesign CS4 for Windows
\n5) Copy\u00a0APIDToolAssistantCS4.pln<\/em> into the\u00a0Plug-Ins<\/em> folder<\/p>\n
